We invite you to join us for The 10th Annual Holy Name of Jesus, Joe Lamers Memorial Golf Tournament on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Indian River Colony Golf Club in Viera. This has been an enjoyable and memorable event, not only for the Lamers family but for our entire community as well!

INCLUDES 18 holes of golf, golf cart, awards luncheon, continental breakfast, beverages on the course, photo of your team, goody bag, chances at various prizes and silent auction items! Also, $10,000 Hole In One Contest, PAR 3 Poker, a Putting Contest (win a Grill), Mulligans and Yard Stick.
Golf attire required: Collared shirts and knee length shorts (no jeans). Steel spikes are not allowed on the course.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

- Committee Members: Be available for evening meetings.
- Goody Bag Donations (100 of each): snack bars, golf balls, water, tees, pens, any other promotional items from your business
- Silent Auction Donations: Gift cards, gift baskets, jewelry, golf items, etc.
- Rounds of Golf Gift Certificates: Visit other golf courses and request donations.
DAY BEFORE THE EVENT
- Goody Bags: Stuff and deliver to Golf Club.
DAY OF THE EVENT
- Silent Auction: Organize auction items during golf game
- Team Photos: Place photos into folders during golf game
- Outside Greeters: 7:15 am, welcome players at Pro Shop & Club House
- Sponsor Signs: Set-up signs on the course (Fri, Oct 15) & remove after tournament
- Registration: 7:15 am, hand-out goody bags, supply purchased yardstick
- Continental Breakfast; 7:30 am, set-up on the 19th hole (Club will already have coffee set)
- Run the Putting Contest: 8:30 am
- Par 3 on Course Witnesses: 8:00 am (bring sweater)
