Holy Name of Jesus

Our next session of Reading the Mystics will be on Wed, Jun 30, at 7:00 pm in Rm. 101 and will be facilitated by Jim Curry.   Our focus will be St. Gregory of Narek (950-1003), the most recently declared Doctor of the Church.

St. Gregory  was an Armenian monk, mystic, poet, philosopher, theologian, writer and saint both of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Armenian Catholic Church, born into a family of writers.   Based in the monastery of Narek, he was Armenia’s first great poet.
