Pandemic Protocols Update

November 11, 2021

Dear Holy Name of Jesus Parishioners,

I hope this note finds you and yours doing well as we honor those who have courageously served our country in the Armed Forces this Veterans Day. On behalf of a grateful nation, we salute you and we thank you for your service!

I would like to offer an update regarding our pandemic protocols:

  1. We will continue livestreaming our 8:45am Sunday Mass through the Advent and Christmas seasons. Our final livestreamed Mass will be the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord on January 9th.
  2. We will once again offer the reception of Holy Communion under both Species (both the Sacred Host and the Precious Blood) at the beginning of Ordinary Time, starting with the morning Masses of Monday, January 10th. As always, the reception of the Precious Blood is merely optional since the Sacred Host contains the fullness of both the Body and Blood of Christ.

Thank you for your prayerful support and may God bless and protect us all!

Sincerely yours in Christ,

Fr. Scott Circe, Pastor
