On the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, March 25th, Pope Francis will consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in St. Peter’s Basilica. The Holy Father has asked all the bishops and priests of the world to join him in that consecration. Likewise, all Catholics are urged to join the Pope in prayer that day, asking our Blessed Mother to intercede for peace throughout the world, but particularly for peace in Ukraine.
All are invited to join us on Friday, March 25th at 12:00 noon in the church for a special time of prayer. Fr. Tom will offer the prayer for the consecration of Russia and Ukraine in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, followed by the recitation of the Rosary and a period of silent Adoration.
