Life Chain: An Hour of Public Prayer for Unborn Babies

  • Date: Sunday, October 7, 2018
  • Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  • Description: Please join us on Sun, Oct 7, at 2:00 pm and pray with thousands of supporters of the unborn, in over 1500 cities across the nation, in the National Life Chain! Hundreds of defenders of human life will stand, sit, or kneel and pray along the 5-mile Melbourne Life Chain.

The annual Life Chain is a silent prayer vigil by Christians to communicate our support for the protection of unborn babies. The Life Chain is prayerful, safe, peaceful, and legal, not political nor confrontational. Participants prayerfully display signs that state the truth about abortion, and offer alternatives to killing. It is an excellent opportunity for local
churches to unite in prayer and inform our community about the unconscionable destruction of unborn babies. The Melbourne Life Chain will involve defenders of life from over 40 churches. We will line up along U.S. 192, from the Melbourne Causeway to about a mile west of Wickham Road.
HNJ will gather along U.S. 192, from Wickham Road (Walgreen’s) extending 1/2 mile eastward to Maybeck Pl. (Wendy’s). Pick up pro-life signs in front of Walgreen's or Target. You may bring chairs, strollers, umbrellas, sunscreen and water. All ages are welcome. Come rain or shine!

Everyone who believes in the protection of unborn children and their mothers is invited to participate. Questions? Please call, John Boyd 321-720-9813, lifechainsouthbrevard@yahoo.com, or visit us online at http://www.lifechainbrevard.org.

Karl Bergin, pastor at Our Lady of Lourdes and Fr. Ben Berinti, pastor at Immaculate Conception.

We will gather for fellowship, Mass, breakfast, inspiring talks, discussion, praise and worship. Spread the word and bring your sons, your father and your friends...all men are invited!

Please register for this free event if you plan to attend so we can be good hosts and provide enough food and seating for all. Sign up on-line at http://www.live4more.us/conference-2018

1 Peter, traditionally known to have been written by our first Pope, is a Pastoral Letter written to encourage young churches troubled by increased hostility toward Christians.

This very scenario is becoming more common around the world, making the study of this letter so very timely.

  • Life Chain: An Hour of Public Prayer for Unborn Babies

    Sunday Oct 7, 2018 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Please join us on Sun, Oct 7, at 2:00 pm and pray with thousands of supporters of the unborn, in over 1500 cities across the nation, in the National Life Chain!
