Book an Onsite Event/Meeting

 Please note: 

  1. We are are only booking 3 months at a time.  Please complete the below form to request a meeting room or event space.

  2. To gain access to meeting space during the day (9am-4pm), your group (or someone from your group) MUST enter through the main Parish Office doors near the reception desk.

  3. To gain access to meeting space in the evening, the door closest to the meeting room will be unlocked for you 30 minutes prior to the start time of the meeting (the doors will then be locked 15 minutes after the start of your meeting).  

  4. View available room in the HNJ Life Center View Meeting Space Layouts.  Each meeting space must be left in the same set-up and condition as it was found.

  6. If you are an outside group, interested in renting meeting room space, please contact, Sara Thompson at the Parish Office at 321-773-2783, x200, email.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be receive an email confirmation of your room assignment upon approval of your event. Please leave rooms arranged as you found it. Please do not use candles in carpeted meeting rooms or tape any decorations, signs etc. on walls without prior permission. There is no cooking allowed in the Community Room kitchen.
