Bill Gent is HNJ's Director of Evangelization. He has been married to his wife Susan for 38 years and has 4 adult sons and 8 grandchildren. Though raised in the Catholic Faith, including 12 years of Catholic schools, Bill left the Faith in his mid- twenties after a conversion experience in a Protestant church. He subsequently went to an Evangelical school and became the Senior Pastor of two churches. After years of soul-searching and a difficult period of discernment, he returned to the Catholic Faith in the year 2000. He presently leads a variety of Evangelizing ministries in a thriving Catholic community of some 4000 families. His passion is to promote genuine discipleship among Catholics, so that they might participate in the building of Christ’s Kingdom for the honor and glory of the Lord.
