Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School shepherds children in their Catholic faith journey and
promotes academic excellence to develop the whole person to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Immunizations

The Department of Health with compliance of Florida State Law (FS1003.22) requires all students have current/updated immunizations. They also require that the student have a recent physical exam on file. Failure to do so will result in your child no longer being able to attend school as per Florida Law. Immunization records are reviewed by the Health Department at the beginning of each school year.
